About the Ansonia String Quartet

Formed at The Juilliard School in September 2016, the Ansonia Quartet was awarded a Gluck Community Service Fellowship. The quartet held a residency at the Lunenburg Academy of Music Performance, working closely with the Dover Quartet. They performed with the New York City Ballet and have given several world premieres, including Jia Daqun’s Second String Quartet. While at Juilliard, the quartet worked primarily with Ronald Copes and Roger Tapping of the Juilliard String Quartet. (Click here for Ansonia String Quartet’s full biographies.)
